Payment Terms & Conditions

 

  • Payment in full is required on or before the day of your event.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Payment can be made via cash or bank deposit.
  • In order to keep costs to a minimum – we don’t offer credit card payment.
  • Tax invoice/receipts will be provided if required, otherwise we will confirm receipt of your payment in writing via email.
  • Payment is to be made to our bank account reference your name/booking name.

 

Publication of Images

 

  • Images are used with your permission.
  • Your images are released to you for personal use – images are subject to copyright if you choose to sell/on-forward them for commercial use.

Model Releases

 

  • Anyone modelling TFP for their portfolio/commercial use etc will be required to sign a model release form.
  • Anyone under 18 years old booking a commercial modelling shoot will be required to have a guardian/caregiver sign a model release form on their behalf, and attend the photoshoot.
